Donna Normandin, R.O.

Donna has over twenty years of experience as an optician, and is highly skilled at frame selection and customization. In her spare time, Donna teaches dance, specializing in hula and belly dancing! Her upbeat and gentle demeanor make her a joy to work with.


Erin J. Civetti, O.D.

Dr. Erin Civetti earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the prestigious New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts graduating with clinical honors in 2020. Her undergraduate degree in Biology is from UMass Amherst where she was a standout student and swimmer. While at the New England College of Optometry she exhibited leadership skills and compassion, as the vice-president of VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity) as she was instrumental in a relief trip to the Dominican Republic providing eye care and eye wear to those less fortunate. Dr. Civetti’s extensive experience includes comprehensive eye exams, children’s vision, emergency eye care, complicated contact lens care, disease management, and computer vision syndrome. She’s a dry eye patient herself which contributes to her passion and awareness of this common and sometimes debilitating condition. Based in our East Providence Center, she is co-director of Vision Care Cumberland.


Eric M. Prytula, O.D.

Dr. Prytula received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. After gaining experience in the area of pharmacology research in the private sector, Dr. Prytula turned his passion to eye care, earning his optometry degree from Chicago’s prestigious Illinois College of Optometry. He continued his pursuit of excellence receiving Clinical Honors in Primary Care and advanced medical eye care. Dr. Prytula has done extensive work in diabetic eye care, glaucoma management, and primary and emergency care and eye safety among athletes. A former standout hockey player, Dr. Prytula has redirected his energy into eye protection and vision and wellness through lifestyle modifications and preventive eye care. Dr. Prytula has also developed a sub-specialty and interest in dry eye.


 Robert W. Hill, O.D.

Dr. Hill is a 2002 graduate of New England College of Optometry. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Providence College in 1998, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He also was a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, the premedical honor society. While at New England College of Optometry Dr. Hill was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the international optometric honor society and VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity). He received advanced eye disease training at the VA Hospitals in Providence, RI and Bedford, MA, and studied contact lenses and corneal reshaping under Dr. Marjorie Rah, an internationally recognized leader in contact lenses. Dr. Hill excels in the areas of specialty contact lens fitting, including multi-focal contact lenses, eye disease, and pediatric vision. He is also a pioneer in CRT or Corneal Refractive Therapy.


George J. Brown, O.D.

Dr. Brown is a recognized leader in the field of eye care. He has an enthusiastic, warm and friendly manner with people of all ages. In addition to complicated contact lens care, he has an extensive background in pediatrics and vision therapy. Dr. Brown has been a clinical investigator for treatments of dry eye, and computer vision syndrome. Dr. Brown received his undergraduate degree in Physics from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts before graduating with honors from The New England College of Optometry in 1986. He then served a one-year Fellowship, specializing in eye disease at the Omnivision Center. He is a former recipient of the Bausch and Lomb Contact Lens Award. Dr. Brown has been an active member of our community and in the local optometric association where he served as President in the 1999/2000 year.
